Repairs

Most problems occur within the first 48-hours of use. For the best, quickest service, please email repairs to: repairs@xmasco.com Repairs are usually done the same or next day and guaranteed within 48-hours of receipt, weather permitting.

Sprinklers

Please program your sprinkler timers to spray after the lights turn off, they will cause the GFCI’s to “pop.”

GFCI’s

The GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) is designed to protect people from severe or fatal electric shocks by turning off the power when water comes in contact with any point in that circuit. So when a GFCI “pops” it is actually doing exactly what it is designed to do! This can be solved by simply pushing the reset button on the outlet once it dries
